Senior Analyst - Root Cause Correct Action (RCCA)

Role is located in Austin, TX. This is a long term, non consulting role. The PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Root Cause and Corrective Action processes and supporting other PMO functions as necessary, including the following RCCA Responsibilities RCCA Project Management and work planning Support Operations and Technology in delivering quality RCCA work products to the client Central coordination point for client RCCA requests and responses extensions, feedback, etc. Overall RCCA process owner process improvements and concurrent support for up to 5 RCCAs per week.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport primary resource and backfill for HIPAA activities walk throughs, reporting, CDP Support primary resource and backfill for internal and external audits SOC, PHI, Single State, etc.
