What you’ll do:Maintain and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton’s Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on support of all IAM applications: Okta, Modern Identity Governance Solution (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt), CyberArk, BeyondTrust, PKI1. Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, recovers and monitors various technology (Okta, IGA, PAM, etc) applications/platform-related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis and executes the standard Problem Management process.2. Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery.
