Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience in data analysis, working with databases, and querying (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce).Experience working on product policy analysis and identifying policy risks.Experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs), or analyzing ML or LLM model performance.Experience with performance in risk management at the project and organization levels.Demonstrated collaborator and creative thinker, including ability to drive teams spanning a variety of roles.
