Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsLaboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materialsJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support the M&D Team Leader:Assist in delivering departmental critical metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and process improvements.Tier meeting:In the absence of the team leader, able support the senior chemists critical metric information or leading the tier 1 or reporting out in tier 2.Compliance:Perform all work in strict compliance with corporate, legal, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
