Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.Experience with people management.Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or multi-channel experience.Understanding of multichannel and consumer good dynamics.Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.Ability to maintain record of commercial teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing).Ability to own sales team operations in Poland portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
