Responsibilities as an Identity and Access Management Technical Lead:Maintain and manage the SailPoint - Identity Access (IDAM) solution aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements.Maintain health of the SailPoint System, hardening of the infra and maintain compliance.Design, define and implement the controls related to SailPoint IDAM solution.Create, review and maintain SOPs , SOWs, Processes and Procedures etc.Manage the IDAM SailPoint Operations and full life cycle of the transformation projects in the related areasDocument, implement, and enforce security controls, policies, and procedures related to identity governance and administration.Maintain Service level agreement (SLA) and manage operations smoothly.Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
