Primary responsibilities/essential functions:Directs, manages, and supports safety and security programs, including:Office physical security programs - contract security oversight, external relationship management, office safety and security operations, and safety and security incident response.Creates and delivers/oversees delivery of operational training for security applications, including physical access control, video management systems, intercoms, and duress buttons.Internal case management, security investigations related to workplace safety, workplace violence or threats, theft and or fraud cases.Security project management for Capital office additions/relocations/upgrades, office safety and security enhancement, and hardware life cycle projects; managing assigned aspects of project management to ensure the projects meet Capital and Global Security standards.Associate travel safety and security program, supporting Capital’s relationship with International SOS, proving travel safety briefings and responding to travel concerns globally.Event security risk assessment and when necessary on-site event support to ensure the safety and security of Capital associates, meeting attendees, and reputation.
