Job DescriptionThe Retail Manager at OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Centeris responsible for operations of assigned retail location. The Retail Manager must ensure efficient operations of their store in line with Aramark?s policies, procedures, and client contract. The Manager coordinates the store?s guest services so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility. Responsibility for overall store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, and other needs to fulfill operations.CompensationCOMPENSATION: The salary for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
