In this role, you will lead a team of mixed method researchers all aiming to deliver a better time to value for our customers. You will partner with other teams within Research & Insights and multiple teams across the company. Together you will drive efficient, insights informed decision making, identifying critical opportunities for improving the customer experience on our key products.
