The position serves as a shared technology resource among Rheem’s A/C Division (ACD), Water Heating Division (WHD), Raypak Division, and the Heat Transfer Products Group (HTPG). As a shared role, this research position supports technology advancement initiatives, product development and cost reduction activities across the company.
