Regulatory Remuneration Policy Director (equivalent to AVP)We’re seeking someone to join our team as Regulatory Remuneration Policy Director.In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position which sits within the wider EMEA compensation team. The team is responsible for monitoring and implementing EMEA remuneration regulations, establishing/reviewing remuneration policies and processes in line with applicable regulation and filing all relevant disclosures/tables with the Regulators. The team is composed of specialists that works closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand and apply various EMEA regulations such as CRDV, UCITS V, IFD, IFPR etc. The team also works with the Regulatory remuneration data team to support regulatory submissions on an annual basis.
