DescriptionThe Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) IDQ has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Resource Manager to support efforts for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Program.The selected candidate for this position needs to be located in the Louisiana areaAs MCEN prepares for the program recompete, the Regional Resource Manager will need to have a customer- focused, growth mindset with proven people leadership, aligned with the Leidos Leadership Pillars, talent acquisition and IT project-management expertise. The Regional Resources Manager’s understanding on how to help achieve maximum award fee and prior demonstration of success in this area will be critical. Candidates will need to exhibit an understanding of IT project management concepts, inclusive of scope, schedule, cost, resource, communication, risk, and stakeholder management.
