The Regional General Operations Manager at Wilkes Barre Pensylvania is responsible for the management of the distribution of products to assure maximum efficiency, productivity, quality and service. Directs HUB to ensure strategy is aligned with company strategy, focused on continuous improvement and facility culture to continually add value. Develops high performance teams to create and execute initiatives and create best practices for operations. Directs planning to assure optimum performance within warehouse and cost efficiencies. Partners with human resources and the local team to oversee and ensure positive associate relations programs.
