Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Reentry Program for the Massachusetts RMV works closely with participating Department of Corrections facilities, allowing inmates the opportunity to obtain a Massachusetts Identification Card upon release. The program also works with participating Sheriff County Offices, allowing inmates the opportunity to have a Commercial Learner’s Permit exam to be proctored to them on site prior to their release. The Reentry Program Compliance Officer conducts internal audits for all submitted names of inmates looking to obtain a Massachusetts Identification Card or to take a proctored Commercial Learner’s Permit exam. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing all applications and validating documents submitted on their behalf. This position will also be expected to travel alongside the Reentry Program Coordinator to Department of Corrections facilities and Sheriff County Offices to obtain updated photos, capture updated signatures, and proctor Commercial Learner’s Permit exams.
