This includes working closely with HR colleagues & providing coaching and direction to recruiters and BU managers regarding recruitment policies & processes.In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is aDirector level positionwithin the Talent Acquisition team, which is responsible for providing the full lateral recruitment support to hiring managers in the assigned client groups.
