Operational Quality:Perform data analysis accurately to secure Zero defect escapement and zero over processing.Provide on time analysis support and feedback to the plants for smooth operations in the plant.Drive improvements towards improving scanning methods and obtaining better quality data.Qualifications:Education:A bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent Vocation Training ProgramExperience:Relevant experience within a composite manufacturing environment. Wind background will add advantages.Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.Communication:Strong English language skill (verbal and written).Teamwork:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.Decision Making:Sets goals and regularly follow up on these goals.
