Job DescriptionThe Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, a part of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality and Patient Safety Lead Nurse. Under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer, this role is dedicated to improving the quality and safety of patient care. The Lead Nurse will develop, implement, and oversee risk management activities, including incident investigation and follow-up, quality data collection and reporting, and performance improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all services, departments, and leaders to design and promote a focused, integrated, and collaborative quality program that ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
