HII-FSG is currently seeking a Program Manager, for the Engineering Services (ES) Department, to work in the Design and Logistics Engineering Operations (DLE).The Engineering Services Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight to a diverse range of complex contracts across a broad spectrum of Government Agencies. The successful candidate will also support re-compete efforts for ES programs and provide strong department engagement in close partnership with the senior business portfolio manager for the DLE operation in supporting new business initiatives and opportunities. Strong knowledge of engineering / design concepts, client trends / needs and latest toolsets / application requirements. The ability to lead, coach, and mentor subordinates, manage department financial results, build strategic partnerships, and propose innovative and compelling solutions to meet customer requirements are also critical requirements of this role.
