Job DescriptionSummary:The Program Manager directs, coordinates and manages overall functions of Western Ranges.Responsibilities:Develops and implements strategies, policies and procedures in the execution of this effort with respect to Western Ranges.Evaluates overall management of Western Ranges to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Ensures effective coordination across different functional groups and areas.Education and ExperienceQualifications:Bachelor degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related field required; advanced degree in STEM/related field or management/related field desired.Five (5) years of managing large-scale DoD efforts.Experience managing dispersed workforce and diverse functions in support of large-scale DoD efforts.Familiarity with all Task Order functions.Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015.Secret clearance.
