DescriptionLeidos Innovations Center (LInC) is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Program Manager to manage programs within its Electronic Warfare (EW) division R&D portfolio. The candidate will support our EW Spectral Mission Systems Business Area and be responsible for understanding customer needs to create new business and efficiently and effectively executing technical programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and have the ability to establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division, as well as our external Government customers. Experience in communications, EW, and radar systems; hardware/software fabrication; vehicle/platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus.
