Job Description(U) JOB SUMMARY:Managethe customer’s requirements management process within the team and with external stakeholders to include the overseeing the collection, documentation, analysis and prioritization of new and changing requirements. Have a deep understanding of project management principles to include risk management and resource management. Be familiar with the language/execution of DoD cyberspace mission forces and operations. Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. Manage project stakeholders, project team(s), project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.(U) PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
