You will maintain production schedules according to customer needs, maximizing effectiveness and throughput in all aspects of the production process.What will you do?Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules and targets• Balance existing labor and machine capacity to maximize efficiency and production throughput• Examine all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes wherever possible• Report to the leadership team regarding existing orders, challenges, and production forecasting• Balance incoming sales orders with existing capacity and backlog• Distribute upcoming schedules to team leads and supervisors and coordinate with our leadership team to ensure ideal staffing levels and coverage
