Eaton’s Industrial Controls Division is currently seeking a Product Manager - Panel Components. This is a hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week) based at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR.The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Product Manager is a member of the Product Line Management team and leads execution of the strategic marketing plan for the Pushbuttons, Terminal Blocks, Power Supplies, Control Relays and other Panel Component product lines. This includes achieving financial objectives and executing a product strategy and roadmap that supports the overall strategy of the product line, ICD, and Eaton. This individual will drive and influence the strategy and create value propositions via a thorough understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. The Product Manager is also responsible for the pricing and marketing functions for their product(s).
