About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Design Manager to lead our Financial Products Design team. You’ll work with an international team based in our new office in São Paulo, Uber’s first Tech Center in LATAM.Our Design teams are focused not just on functionality, but also on creating joy and delight. Our work ignites opportunity and changes the way the world moves and we design for users from all backgrounds and abilities around the world.As a Design Manager and Lead, you will be responsible for leading large-scale strategic initiatives and managing a small team of other Designers working on Financial Products. We collaborate with some of the world’s best engineers, product managers, content designers, designers and researchers.
