JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide leadership support and direction, during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned to the business strategy and receive the knowledge and training needed to deliver a consistently great experience for Every Customer, Every Time. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote trust and respect among associates, with a positive attitude; communicate company, department, and job specific information to associates- Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet or exceed targets through teamwork
