It is a key role within our business that involves continually providing technical insights to sustain the continuous operation, as well as improve and enhance the performance of Malt Distilling, including energy, carbon and water efficiency to achieve cost, environmental and energy targets. The role will involve benchmarking internally and externally to identify new technical insights and technologies, to drive increased operational performance.
