AME Procurement Administrative Assistant/Processes and Reporting is part of the AME Procurement organization and will play a dual role in administrative tasks along with our Procurement Excellence (PEX) department within AME. Providing organizational and administrative support of a complex and confidential nature. Interfaces with high-level internal and external contacts and performs assignments of a sensitive nature requiring a high level of independence, discretion, and professionalism.Responsibilities:• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices, standardized procedures, and process improvements across all procurement activities.• Guiding process implementation, system implementation (with Analytics team) and ensuring change management. Work as PEX Partner in Global Procurement module teams, ensuring implementation of PEX initiatives and taking on the role as change agent within the team.
