AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. Your subject matter technical expertise in reliability, and fields like modeling, testing, semiconductor physics, and applied statistics is key to the success on this role.
