Develops requirements for executing Process Management within the risk management system-of-record. Promotes a process management mindset to support the effective management of risk. Enables prioritization of process management activity across business units through a risk-based lens. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
