As a key member of this dynamic group, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic programs in support of building a world class engineering organization. We operate and execute key programs within the North America region alongside the CTO Strategic Initiatives team. These programs include our Engineering onboarding program (TEAM Campwhich this role supports), early careers program, talent growth initiatives, and ShipIt (our internal innovation program).
