About the RoleAs an Early Childhood Teacher, you will provide daily care to an assigned group of children at Kohl’s Child Development Center (CDC). You will collaborate with a co-teacher to execute classroom duties such as: active supervision of children inside the classroom and outdoors, meeting basic needs of children, and providing a fun, safe and engaging learning environment based on the children’s developmental needs and interests.What You’ll DoAccurately track children in your care and provide active supervision while maintaining the children’s health and safetyComplete all classroom paperwork and licensing forms to maintain compliance and adhere to center policies
