Role model and demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.RESPONSIBILITIES• Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service• Provide customer service• Prepare for store opening• Prepare bakery product for morning sales• Prepare frozen product for afternoon and next day sales• Bake bread product for afternoon and next day sales• Bake croissants, cookies, pies, and cinnamon rolls• Perform housekeeping duties in department• Maintain production records• Tag product• Perform backup functions for counter person
