Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Public Policy, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience negotiating bilateral real estate and infrastructure agreements.Experience managing project delivery, including project scope, time, and budget.Preferred qualifications:Experience in economic development policy, financial modeling, infrastructure development, agreement drafting/redlining, and presentation development.Experience in power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, and electrical and cooling technology.
