Job DescriptionWe are looking for candidates with a background in personnel security and vetting to lead both virtual and in-person trainings, to include developing curriculum and instruction materials. Must have an engaging personality, an analytic mindset, responsiveness, and experience leading professional development or software trainings.This effort will be in support of The National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) system, the federal government’s one-stop-shop IT system for end-to-end personnel vetting — from initiation and application to background investigation, adjudication, and continuous vetting. NBIS is one consolidated system designed to deliver robust data protection, enhance customer experience, and better integrate data across the enterprise.
