Basic Qualifications:- 3 years minimum of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment- 3 years minimum of leadership experience, training and/or people developmentPreferred Qualifications:- Payroll subject matter expertise- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- Ability to work some holidays and flexible hours as needed to ensure payroll delivery- Experience delivering payroll services in Workday- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation- A passion for payroll operations- Strong understanding of payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.) and MS Office products (especially Excel). Knowledge and understanding of Excel’s Pivot Table functionality- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
