The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an experienced, highly motivated and energetic trademark paralegal to join its fast paced in-house trademark department. Candidates should have experience in the following areas:• Conducting preliminary domestic and international screening searches;• Reviewing and analyzing full search reports;• Filing U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, Extensions of Time, Renewals, Section 8 & 15 Affidavits, Responses to Office Actions, Assignments, Notices of Opposition and related documents;• Reviewing watch notices;• Liaising with foreign associates regarding clearance, prosecution and conflict matters;• Support attorneys with domestic and international conflicts including gathering evidence;
