Job DescriptionIncumbents of positions in this series interview customers for unemployment insurance programs; explain program policies and procedures to customers; refer customers to other agency programs; review customer data and provide customer assistance; perform related work as required.This position requires travel throughout the Commonwealth up to four days per week.
