The incumbent will serve as a customer advocate and demonstrate a leadership role in managing complex issues related to the projects and distributions orders, while communicating with plants, Distribution Centers, Logistics, various internal departments, field sales, and assigned customers base regarding the status of orders including production schedules and logistical concerns to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of project commitments, and coordinate after sales support.
