Job DescriptionThe Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager, is responsible for ensuring the quality of Aramark?s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. The opportunity will focus on developing team members, identifying ways to increase the quality of customer service, implementing best practices across all levels, and responsible for operations of retail location. The Operations Manager must ensure efficient operations for onsite gift shop in line with Aramark?s policies, procedures, and client contract. Responsibility for overall store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, and other needs to fulfill operations.Job Responsibilities
