Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in operations, Trust and Safety, policy, program management, or related fields.1 year of experience in people management, leading a team.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree or PhD.Experience working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.Experience in fraud investigation.Experience in Trust and Safety or developer relations.Experience in risk analysis or data analysis.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
