Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Operational Excellence OPEX Manager. This position will be based at our Sumter, SC facility. The position does offer relocation assistance.The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Position Overview:The OpEx Manager owns the site’s Manufacturing Engineering (IE), Facilities, and Continuous Improvement engineering functions. Additionally, the OpEx Manager leads site operational strategic planning, Eaton Business System maturity levels, and productivity project development and deployment.
