Requirements:Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Opera or similar PMS;Customer service oriented;Sense of organisation and ability to prioritise in a busy environment;Ability to do multiple task;Ability to work overnight shift, including weekends and holidays as required;Previous experience in similar high-volume role advantageous;Team player who communicates well with all colleagues;Punctual, reliable and trustworthy;Yes, yes, yes mentality;Can do attitude;Have a genuine passion for food and beverage;Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance;Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus;Customer-oriented and friendly;Working quickly without compromising quality;Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
