Job DescriptionThe LVC Operations Lead, Pacific works onsite Tactical Training Group-Pacific (TTGP) supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center- Corona (NSWC-Corona) in providing Navy LVC training throughout PACFLT Areas of Responsibility (AORs). The Ops Lead assists with the planning, design, and execution of Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events for ships pierside, and LVC training events for ships at sea. The LVC Ops Lead also supports on-site and distributed training events at TTGP- Detachment Yokosuka, Japan (TTGPDY), Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific-Pacific (EWTGP), Afloat Training Group (ATG) Battle Labs (San Diego, Middle Pacific, Pacific Northwest), and Navy training ranges such as SoCal Tactical Training Range (SCTTR), as well as the other Western training ranges. The Ops Lead position is a leadership position that requires interaction with Military, Government and Contractor Leadership. Communication skills are required.
