As a Middle Office Services Supervisor within PNC’s Capital Markets organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.As a member of the Customer Account Services Team (CAST) within the COO organization of the Capital Markets line of business, you will supervise a team responsible for opening and maintaining Capital Markets accounts. It will be necessary to understand the business products and the required documentation, regulations, risks and workflow necessary for each specific account type. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, one will also have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives. Other necessary qualities for the candidate to possess are effective communication skills, an eye for process improvements and attention to detail.
