This role involves direct or indirect communication with clients, making it crucial for assessing and evaluating the delivery of Microsoft services. The consultant’s primary duties include advising clients on the best solutions, implementing and migrating these solutions, and ensuring that the client’s requirements are met effectively. They work closely with the teams to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the consultant plays a significant role in transitions and transformations of new accounts, providing technical guidance and support to other analysts as needed.
