This role requires a proactive and customer centric approach to post-design services, encompassing long term service agreements, system upgrades, modifications, obsolescence management and ad hoc defect resolution, all aimed at increasing the operational capability and availability of the fleets. You will serve as a single point of contact for the client, accurately navigating complex interactions to build robust relationships and ensure their needs are met with precision and professionalism.
