Eaton’s IS AER FED Division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This position will be based at our Jackson MI facility.The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:This role is responsible for the strategic operational management of the MEs of an assigned Value Stream in the Jackson Plant. Lead, mentor and supervise Manufacturing Engineers within HPWTs including utilizing TalentHub and the Development Plan process. Lead daily tactical activities (ex. DMRs, Scrap Analysis / Review, MCOs, MOCs, etc.) as well as strategic initiatives across the ME function for the plant (ex: PFMEA, TPM, Tool Management, Product Transitions / Robust process Creation / CI Initiatives). Individual project(s) including procuring new equipment, equipment upgrades, process improvements as well as deep dive corrective actions utilizing 8D tools.
