MANAGER SPECIAL ASSETSWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Special Assets Manager is primarily responsible for the composition of the special assets / troubled debt portfolio including commercial, corporate, small business and private client loans. In close coordination with the Chief Credit Officer, directs and supervises all aspects of special assets and problem loan management and demonstrates strategic and leadership capabilities relative to identifying loss, debt liquidation, collateral valuation, repossession, debt negotiation, restructure, foreclosure, litigation, exit strategies, GAAP accounting for troubled debt, impairment analysis and expense control. Develops, and enforces the department’s internal policies and procedures. Prepares and oversees the budget for the department. In addition, upon request from the Chief Credit Officer, assumes Chief Credit Officer responsibilities when asked.
