Capital One’s HR Data team is hiring product managers who will help ensure that the people data which enables these outcomes is available, high quality, and fit for our diverse analytic use cases.In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal partner teams to build the backend data pipelines which will allow data producers to expose their data for analytics. Working back from outcomes such as associate experiences, data visualizations, and machine learning models, you will collaborate with intent owners to prioritize, structure, and provide the data on which they depend.
