UKG is looking for an experienced communications and employee enablement expert to join its Engineering, Product, Innovation & Cloud (EPIC) organization as part of the Value Enablement & Adoption team (Communications/Enablement, Early Careers, Onboarding, Training, and Innovation). The role is pivotal in shaping our internal communications strategy and driving employee adoption of programs, processes, tools, and behaviors across the EPIC organization.As Manager of Communications & Enablement you will report to the Senior Director, EPIC Value Enablement & Adoption, leading a team responsible for empowering employees with the tools, knowledge, and skills they need to adapt to changes and perform their roles effectively.
